My Thoughts about Teaching and Learning

 

Teaching and learning is a transformation of knowledge and information from teacher to the students. Which leads to developing specific skills, changing attitudes, or grasping a scientific law. To be a teacher means you are ready to endure the responsibility to build good personalities that can build a good community. Educators devote their lives in the sake of teaching and empowering the generations to achieve great things and to be good human beings.

 

A good teacher is always endeavoring to achieve the learning objectives and avoid conflicts and issues. They anticipate problems that might occur and prepare a variety of ways and solutions to deal with it before arising, and they utilize the skills of high impact pedagogical strategies to improve students' learning. Also, the good tutors seek to establish a favorable climate for teaching and learning which needs a lot of effort, work, and energy to be consumed in order to do the job perfectly. He/she focuses on teaching attitudes besides the academic concepts, and values manners and thoughts beside the materialistic concepts.

 

 I believe students need to be taught in a highly careful environment, which allows them to grasp the information and practice it to be prepared and qualified for entering the workshop and employed with the desired career or even to be able to open their unique projects and work independently and achieve their ambitions. Results to be able to live on welfare and cope with life problems. On the other hand, students need to develop their inner soul, they need to be taught sublime values which allow them to be good human beings and serve their lives in the sake of repairing life styles and community. Among the most valuable attitudes that needed to be developed in students’ personalities are: kindness, respect, sincerity, integrity, loyalty, patriotism, and they have to learn how to get rid of the idols that affect their learning process and gaining knowledge, such idols are: idol of den, idol of tribe, idol of marketplace, and idol of theater.

 

In essence, teaching is a passion, teaching is an art, before it was called a profession. It encourages students to search for truths and reach self realization.
